GILOG takes over the classic warehouse logistics processes from goods receipt, storage and order picking to goods outward. After the receipt of goods, the logistical incoming goods inspection takes place as well as the booking and storage of goods. After receiving an order, we pick the items for dispatch, ensure professional packaging and book the removal from storage. Together with the correct shipping documents, the shipment leaves our warehouse on schedule with a service provider selected by us – either as a B2B or B2C order. Every process is digitally recorded in our merchandise management system and can be viewed by the customer at any time.

Are you looking for customised logistics solutions for your online shop? With everything that goes with it? For packing, shipping, returns management and whatever else is involved logistically? Then with GILOG you have a logistics specialist with many years of e-commerce experience at your side.

We accept incoming orders in the online shop via an interface that is connected to our logistics software. The orders are picked in a previously agreed time window, but usually “same day”. Packing and shipping are also usually handled “same day” via parcel service providers selected by us. Afterwards, tracking numbers including status messages can be retrieved in your shop software. If you wish, we can also take over the complete returns management for you. You can find more information on this in the Value-Added Services section.

If desired, we can also take care of returns management, which is becoming more and more important due to the growing online trade. Here you can rely on our experts to handle your returns quickly and conscientiously – from acceptance, registration and customer information to inspection, checking, cleaning and classification, right through to stock return.

With optimised transport processes, selected forwarding partners and simple, transparent and auditable invoicing, we ensure greater quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

From incoming goods to outgoing goods, we take care of all types of consignments, whether national or international, whether container, truck, pallet or parcel. Dispatch handling is usually done “in-house” or, if desired, “externally”. Of course, you will receive the complete shipping documentation from us. The basis for this are the interfaces to our customers’ merchandise management systems and to the transport management system of our forwarding partners and CEP service providers. For foreign shipments, we take over the preparation of export documents via ATLAS as well as the complete customs clearance.
