We accept incoming orders in the online shop via an interface that is connected to our logistics software. The orders are picked in a previously agreed time window, but usually “same day”. Packing and shipping are also usually handled “same day” via parcel service providers selected by us. Afterwards, tracking numbers including status messages can be retrieved in your shop software. Not every order can be handled with standard logistical solutions. Many things require special handling. This is exactly where our value-added services come into play. We offer you individual solutions in batch management, FEFO and FIFO processes or serial number handling. Do you want packaging and packing included? Our specially trained staff will take care of it – from carefully putting together the items to building displays with subsequent goods placement to wrapping and packaging according to individual customer requirements.

Electronic devices sometimes require further services, such as a software update or the replacement of components, while others need to be repackaged and relabelled. If desired, we can also take care of returns management, which is becoming more and more important due to the growing online trade. Here you can rely on our experts to handle your returns quickly and conscientiously – from acceptance, registration and customer information to inspection, checking, cleaning and classification, right through to stock return.

For foreign shipments, we take over the preparation of export documents via ATLAS as well as the complete customs clearance.
